To compliment your own wonderful customer service, I was also very pleased with Dana’s service and attitude. When I arrived, I let the receptionist know that I was here to pick up my car. Dana, overhearing me, volunteered to go get my car even though it was obvious he was on his way to complete another task. When Dana returned with my car, he was pleasant to speak with and ended my experience at Heritage Collision Center in a warm and welcoming way!

I just wanted to say a great big thank you to you and your GEICO staff member Jen McAnany, the MileOne Team at Heritage and Enterprise for making an unpleasant situation pleasant. I was rear ended by a car on Friday the 18th of January. I was dreading the repairs, being without a car and dealing with the insurance company. I made one phone call and everything could not have been handled more efficiently. I arrived on Wednesday, Jan. 23rd at Heritage, was met by Jen, she took care of everything, I was set up with the rental and on my way within 20 minutes. I was even more surprised when I received a call at 4:00pm the same day that my car would be completed by 5:30. The efficiency and courteous service was a breath of fresh air. Again I say thank you and I do appreciate what you do!

I recently had body work done at your collision center. I just wanted you to know that your employee, Mr. Ray Szech, was friendly, professional, and did everything he promised. He called me to keep me aware of the progress of my car and then called me to tell me that it was complete. To my surprise completion was two days earlier than projected.

Mr. Szech is an excellent representative of your firm.

I want to personally thank you and all of your associates for an extremely pleasant experience with Geico and Heritage Collision Center. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by Mark Newman and Tony Brooks and they both remained very helpful and friendly throughout the entirety of my experience. I was kept in constant awareness of all updates pertaining to my vehicle’s repair and the services were carried out promptly and professionally. In addition, Ray and Brianna from the Enterprise staff were a pleasure to deal with and made the rental process quick and convenient.

I will advise others of my enjoyable experience and will definitely become a repeat customer if need be (hopefully not though!)

I just wanted to drop a note to you to let you know about the good service I received at your Center today. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Ray saw to it that my original dissatisfaction was corrected and was very respectful and polite in dealing with me in my frustration. Moe did an excellent job at making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, buffing out any areas I questioned. They made sure I returned (today) to have the Polyshield protective coating put back on my truck. They both saw to it that my truck was fixed completely!

I wanted to take a moment to let you know about my experience with your Body Shop. I had to bring my Volkswagen Convertible in for service and a bunch of body work, my car was with you for about three weeks. During that time, I had the good fortune to have Ray as my contact in the Body Shop.

What a difference working with him made the experience!! I have to commend him on his professionalism, and his ability to calm down a hysterical customer! Every time I called, he answered all of my questions as silly as I’m sure they sometimes were! And he reassured me that he was doing his best to get my car back to me as quickly as possible, and in the best shape possible.

Well, he certainly did that! Also, when I had an issue with the service shop, Ray stepped in for me and talked me back down off of a very angry ledge! I am extremely happy with how he dealt with me and my car! This is not the first time he’s been my contact there, and I will be certain that if I do have to get any body work done there in the future, I will be bringing my car back to Ray.

I will also make sure to tell my peers and associates how great he and the Volkswagen body shop are to deal with.

These days it has become almost a certainty that one will receive slovenly performance and slipshod, if not downright rude, attitudes from service personnel.

Your shop, and Mr. Raymond Szech in particular, have been an outstanding exception to the above.

A few months ago I had need for your services and was courteously, efficiently, promptly and caringly helped by Ray. This time I made sure to ask for Ray again. He is a joy to work with. He handled everything for me: my insurer’s adjustor, the car rental, etc. He turned what could have been an unpleasant experience into a painless exercise. My car was even ready a week earlier than Ray had forecast and as far as I can tell, the work which was done is first rate.

I would like to compliment you on running a professional enterprise and for employing a talented pro like Ray Szech. I intend to make all of my friends aware of my experience.
